Michelle, your first year as Comets Open Women's Head Coach in 2023, you had an outstanding year; coaching a double overtime win in the Semi Final to go straight to the Grand Final then winning the Premiership, this was an outstanding achievement and then being recognised for your performance to be named 2023 GIG WANL Coach of the Year.

You have worked hard through the coaching pathway at Hamersley Netball Club then moved onto Hamersley Comets 20U for two years and now in your second year with the Open team.

We admire your resilience, your planning and your ability to deeply analyse the game. Your coaching style is very thoughtful, you have an excellent rapport with your team and you have their 100% respect; we believe you have an outstanding coaching career ahead of you.
